The journey into law… 

Sandra Banjamin has worked exclusively in family law both prior to and since her admission. Prior to her admission and whilst still completing her law degree, Sandra was a family law paralegal at a nationally recognised law firm where she worked closely with special counsels which allowed her to gain invaluable experience in the area of family law.

 

Since her admission, Sandra has continued to worked exclusively in family law and has gained a breadth of experience having worked on a wide variety of family law matters.

 

Experience in family law 

Sandra’s has gained extensive experience having worked on various family law matters such as divorce, simple to complex property matters, parenting, international relocation, spousal maintenance, contraventions, enforcements and de facto disputes. Her experience in these areas showcases her versatility and dedication to helping families navigate challenging legal situations.

 

Sandra has worked on matters from initial mediations to final hearings and has built a great rapport with barristers with whom she works closely.

 

The passion for family law

When it comes to family law, Sandra’s passion stems from a deep desire to serve and support people. Sandra believes that the family unit plays a crucial role in society, and being able to help families navigate their legal matters is incredibly rewarding.
