The journey into law… 

Roberto Leonardi has worked in Family Law since 2018, gaining experience throughout this time as a legal assistant, paralegal and then a law graduate. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in early 2023, before joining Unified Lawyers highly rated Family Law team shortly after

 

Experience in family law 

Roberto has worked primarily in Family Law and is well-versed and experienced in assisting with both simple and complex Family Law matter, including but not limited to, parenting and property settlements and disputes, divorce applications, pre-action procedures, mediated matters, and litigation.

 

Other areas of expertise 

Roberto has dedicated himself to Family Law since he first pursued a career in law. He has been able to hone in on, and develop his skills and knowledge in the field of Family Law in this time.

 

Roberto has also worked on and has experience in Property Law and Estate matters.

 

The passion for family law 

Roberto’s passion for Family Law derives from his desire to help people navigate through experiencing one of the most difficult times of their lives.

 

Roberto has experienced the harsh realities and confronting nature of Family Law since he was a law student, and these experiences have helped show him the importance of providing clients with a strong support system. Roberto is passionate about helping to create a positive experience for clients in what can sometimes be a very difficult time.

Roberto believes in a client-focused approach. He is determined to provide his clients with a positive experience in which they feel comfortable and cared for. Roberto’s aim is to put his clients first and ensure that he is compassionate to their needs and emotions. He hopes that he can provide clients with practical and helpful solutions, where possible.

Roberto joined the Unified Family in 2023 and is excited by the prospect of working with one of the leading Family Law teams in Australia to enhance his skills and knowledge in the field

 

Passion outside of the law 

When not hard at work, Roberto is spending quality time with his family and friends. Roberto also likes to keep active by playing football and going to the gym. He has a passion for music and cooking, as well as, an admiration for dogs.
