The journey into law… 

Mia began her career in law working at a boutique firm in Mornington, VIC as a Legal Assistant. There, she gained extensive experience in a range of family law and wills and estates matters, before becoming a lawyer in August 2022.

Experience in family law 

By starting her career as a legal assistant assisting the Principal Solicitor, Mia was able to gain experience in all areas of family law and appreciate the background work that is integral to successful legal practice. Mia has experience in property, parenting and child support matters and has worked with a range of clients.

Other areas of expertise 

Mia has experience in Wills and Estates matters including drafting, applications for probate and letters of administration, estate administration and litigation. She also has experience in conveyancing in relation for Estates and Family Law matters.

The passion for family law

Family law is a very special area of law, as it is deeply personal and emotional. Mia feels grateful to be able to practice in an area which allows her to connect with clients and help guide them through such a challenging time. Although difficult at times, Mia is very passionate in assisting clients to find the most collaborate and cost-effective approach to their matter.
