The journey into law…

Jessica commenced her legal career as a Paralegal in 2017. She has worked in boutique and top-tier law firms throughout her career and has solid experience with range of different clients with varying needs. Since her admission, Jessica has practiced primarily in the family law jurisdiction. She has also represented clients in the Care and Protection jurisdiction of the Children’s Court, at various stages of proceedings from Directions Hearings to Final Hearings and Appeals to the District Court, however family law is undoubtedly where her passion lies.

 

Experience in family law

Jessica has extensive experience in various parenting and property matters, including but not limited to divorce, complex property settlements, Binding Financial Agreements, Consent Orders, domestic and international relocation matters and high risk parenting matters. Jessica is an advocate for alternative dispute resolution and frequently settles matters by way of mediation and arbitration.
