The journey into law…

Tania has been working in the legal profession since 2014 and has worked in a number of different areas of law including personal injury law, civil litigation, defamation law and family law.

 

In 2017, Tania found her passion and began specialising solely in family law.

 

Experience in family law

Since 2017, Tania has obtained extensive experience working on a broad range of family law matters.

 

Tania has had experience in complex parenting disputes which have included high risk issues such as domestic violence and parental alienation. Tania has also worked on high net worth property matters and urgent property matters involving applications for restraints to protect assets, and seeking interim release of funds for parties who require urgent access to money to assist with their living expenses.

 

Tania has had experience resolving matters at Mediation and is a keen negotiator. She understands the importance of trying to resolve personal family matters amicably and swiftly to try and protect family ties where possible.

 

Tania is also experienced in litigating matters and fighting for her client’s needs when Court is required.

The passion for family law

From a young age, Tania has always been interested in helping people.

 

Her mother is a psychologist and growing up she was always taught to understand the struggles people go through when going through a family breakdown.

 

She is passionate in providing her clients with the support that they require going through this situation, which she understands can extend beyond legal support.

Tania wanted to be part of a firm who were doing things differently and were focused on the needs of their clients and their experience with the firm.

 

Passion outside of the law

Tania enjoys spending time with her family and her cavoodle puppy. Tania also enjoys travelling and swimming in the ocean whenever she can.
