The journey into law… 

Marianela was admitted as a solicitor in 2013 and has been working in the legal profession since 2010. Marianela’s experience is not limited to Property and Conveyancing but also in areas such as civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, criminal law, wills and estates, probate and family law. Marianela appears regularly at various court mentions in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Court and the Federal Circuit Court.

Marianela is a member of the NSW Law Society and the NSW Young Lawyers Civil Litigation Committee.

The passion for family law

Marianela has a strong passion for property law and conveyancing. Marianela’s main specialty lies in conveyancing and the various branches within property such as off-­the plan conveyancing, commercial purchases and sales, buying and selling of businesses, residential purchases and sales, transfer of property and commercial and retail leases.

Marianela acts for numerous developers in their sale of off-the plan units by preparing their contracts for sale, negotiating terms of the contract with the purchaser’s representatives and attending to the exchange of contracts.
