Linda Maitland is Special Counsel and part of the Queensland and Northern NSW Family Law Team at Unified Lawyers.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University and is currently studying the Specialist Master of Applied Family Law with the College of Law. Linda is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Registered Practitioner of the High Court of Australia, appearing regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court in Queensland.

• Inter-jurisdictional issues involving international marriages and divorce, Islamic Marriage Nikah and Right of Mahr, and temporary and permanent international relocation of children

• Alienation and alignment issues and reunification of children and non-resident parents
