The journey into law…
Kaylee Gale was admitted as a Legal Practitioner by the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2022 and the High Court of Australia shortly after. Kaylee has practised as a family lawyer ever since.
Kaylee has worked in both property and family law fields.
Experience in family law
Kaylee Gale assists clients in various aspects of Family Law including divorce, property division, parenting matters and domestic violence. While priding herself on her approachable manner, professionalism and genuine client care.
Kaylee has an ambitious approach to Family Law and aims to ensure clients receive the best possible outcome for their matter, whether their matter is in or out of Court.
Kaylee often takes the out-of-Court family law avenue and attends mediations, negotiations, conferences and arbitration with her clients.
Kaylee is a member of Queensland Law Society.

Kaylee enjoys helping all her clients navigate the parenting and/or property matters that come with a relationship breakdown. She finds assisting her clients as rewarding, especially when she is able to provide them with an outcome they can be satisfied with.

Kaylee strives to provide honest and upfront legal advice, whilst empathising her clients. Kaylee understands the emotional and financial stress clients can suffer during family law proceedings and strives to resolve the issues without the intervention of the Court if possible. Kaylee works closely with her clients to provide practical solutions based solution for her clients

Passion outside of the law
Away from the office, Kaylee enjoys spending her free time with her family and two miniature dachshunds. She relishes living an active lifestyle and frequently attends the gym.
