The journey into law…
Diana commenced her journey performing clerk work and internships in criminal law. Diana then worked as a paralegal in personal injury law, handling a mass of civil institutional sexual abuse and intentional tort claims. Thereafter, Diana moved into a paralegal role in family law and has since practiced exclusively in family law since her admission as a solicitor. Diana also has experience in drafting estate planning documentation.
Experience in family law
Diana has experience in simple and complex property and parenting matters which have been litigated before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or resolved in the absence of litigation. In property matters, Diana has experience working with high-net worth individuals and matters involving de facto relationships, spouse maintenance, complex structures and preparing financial agreements. In parenting matters, Diana has experience in matters involving family violence, parental alienation, child support and enforcement matters.

In addition to family law, Diana has experience in criminal law and personal injury matters.

Diana is passionate about the dynamic and complex nature of family law which intercepts with other areas of the law.

Outside of work, Diana is a cooking enthusiast who enjoys exploring new recipes and sharing same with friends and family. Diana also enjoys spending time in the ocean and travelling when possible.
