The journey into law…
Lillian’s journey into law started almost two years ago when she began working as a paralegal while studying at university. What was initially an opportunity to gain practical experience in the legal industry quickly became a genuine passion for helping people navigate challenging periods of their lives. Since then, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals in Family Law and has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of clear communication and attention to detail in achieving positive outcomes.
Experience in family law
Lillian brings practical experience in family law matters involving parenting arrangements and property settlements, including drafting affidavits and chronologies, assisting with disclosure, and preparing briefs and memoranda for counsel. Through this work, she has developed a clear understanding of family law processes and procedural requirements, as well as experience explaining these processes to clients. This has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients as they navigate complex and often stressful situations.
Other areas of expertise
Lillian also has experience in estate planning matters, including drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents, as well as assisting with criminal matters, family provision claims, and civil disputes.

Lillian is passionate about Family Law because it allows her to assist individuals through some of the most significant and challenging periods of their lives. She enjoys the balance between legal strategy and problem-solving while also working directly with clients as they navigate complex and emotionally sensitive matters.

Outside of work, Lillian enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active. She also enjoys travelling and experiencing new places whenever she has the opportunity.
