The journey into law…
Bryson’s story in Law commenced as a Graduate at Marsdens Law Group in their Family Law department in January 2023. In July 2023, he was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia and began working as a solicitor specialising solely in Family Law.
The passion for family law
His passion for Family Law stems from his desire to help others especially during their worst and darkest periods. He enjoys working closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their matter to find solutions and approaches that provide the best outcome for them.
Experience in family law
Bryson has practised Family Law since his admission to the legal industry. He has experience in all areas of Family Law, from divorces, parenting and property settlements to binding financial agreements.
He has experience in advocacy representing clients before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
While he has a dedicated passion for advocating for his clients, he strongly believes in exploring cost-effective methods for resolving matters outside of litigation.

Bryson takes an honest approach when providing clients with advice regarding their Family Law matter. He always explains the strengths and weaknesses of a client’s case and provides them with all options on how to proceed with their matter, to ensure that they make an informed decision.
He is passionate in advocating for his clients and persistent in seeking the best achievable outcomes for his clients’ matters.
Bryson will assist clients during every step of their matter, from the initial conference to the conclusion of their matter, to ensure that clients obtain the outcomes they deserve.

Outside of work, Bryson enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He is passionate about travelling, exploring different cultures, photography and gaming.
